The Sticks & Stones Hockey League (SSHL) is a developmental hockey league for adults who typically have little to no formal hockey experience, as well as older players who are slowing down a bit.
All players are rated and placed in a level appropriate to their skill, speed, and experience. We cater to adult hockey players of all ages, 18 to 99! The average age of our players is just over 43 years old.
The SSHL prioitizes fun, friendship, exercise, and safety over a "win at all costs" attitude. Everyone who plays in the SSHL must agree to our Code of Conduct.
