Hockey Fundamentals Class - Spring 2026

• 6 week program, one night/week from April 16th, 2026 to May 21st, 2026
• 90 minute classes - every Thursday from 7:20pm to 8:50pm
• Professional instruction from experienced instructors
• All classes at the Crystal Ice House in Crystal Lake, IL

Who is this class for?

• Adults (18+) who are beyond the basics of hockey
• Minimum 1-2 years experience is recommended 
• Skaters who can comfortably skate forwards and backwards
• Current SSHL players (high level Bronze, Silver, Gold)
  

What will you learn?

• Skate faster, more efficiently, and with full control
• Build stronger balance & advanced edge control 
• Improve puck handling and shooting in motion
• Execute better passing in both individual and team drills
• Build confidence making plays at game speed
