Self Evaluation Skate Form
All new players to the SSHL need to be rated so we can assign you to the right level and balance the teams. Our evaluation skate was held on January 11, 2026, but you can also fill out our Self Evaluation Form and we can assign you a rating based on this information. You will not be allowed to play in the league without a rating.
