The Sticks & Stones Hockey League (SSHL) is a developmental hockey league for adults who typically have little to no formal hockey experience, and older players who might be slowing down a bit.
While we are all competitive and want to win, we recognize that winning is not the only thing. The SSHL community prioritizes fun, friendship, exercise, and safety over a win at all costs attitude.
All players are rated and placed in a level appropriate to their skill and experience. We cater to adult hockey players of all ages. The average age of our players is just over 43 years old.
